DESCRIPTION:Prepare for an ASPEQ ICAO test with an experienced Aviation Eng
 lish teacher / test developer.\nAviation English Asia Ltd's ICAO Test Prac
 tice sessions will reveal limitations in your language proficiency and pro
 vide constructive advice on how to remedy those language difficulties in t
 he fastest time available.  \nThis 2 hour session will \n\nhelp you become
  familiar with the current format of the ASPEQ ICAO test\, how the tasks a
 re constructed\, and how they are assessed.\ngive you the opportunity to p
 ractice the tasks you need to perform in the ASPEQ ICAO test.\ngive you th
 e opportunity to listen to benchmarked answers from other candidates and u
 nderstand why they were strong or weak.\ngive you feedback on which areas 
 of your English you need to further improve.\n\nCourse fee:\nClassroom bas
 ed: $800 HKD (1 hour) $1200 HKD (2 hours) per person (not enrolled in AEA 
 courses).  AEA enrolled students are entitled to attend a two hour session
  for $500 HKD\nSuitability: The class is effective in preparing candidates
  for ASPEQ\, and other types of ICAO English test.\nClass format:\nFormal 
 Language Assessment\n\nSection 1: Part 1 - You will be asked one general q
 uestion about some aspect of flying.\nSection 1: Part 2 - You will be aske
 d two questions about more specific aspects of aviation.\nSection 1: Part 
 3 - You will be asked one question that is designed to test your ability t
 o give air traffic control a concise explanation of a situation that requi
 res urgent attention.\nSection 1: Part 4 - You will first listen to an aud
 io recording of a typical radio exchange between air traffic control and a
 n aircraft. You will then be asked two questions relating to information c
 ontained in the radio exchange.\n\nSection 2: \n\n\n\nYou will be asked qu
 estions about the following topics:\n\n\nYour background as a pilot or stu
 dent pilot\n\n\nYour experiences while becoming a pilot\n\n\nRoutine fligh
 t procedures\n\n\nEmergency and flight safety\n\n\nYour future plans as a 
 pilot\n\n\n\n\n\nExpert feedback and recommendations\nAt the end of the cl
 ass you will receive feedback including the variation in your performance\
 , benchmarked against the ICAO Language Proficiency Requirements / AEROSTA
  Framework Enhanced Proficiency Standards*.  You will receive expert guida
 nce on your current level and difficulties and a recommendation for the du
 ration of course you should enrol in\, eg 10\, 30\, 50\, 60 or 100 hours. 
   If you then decide to enrol in one of our longer courses to meet the tar
 get level you can just pay the difference in course fee. After completing 
 the recommended number of training hours you will be well prepared for the
