BULATS is an effective language assessment tool for companies and organisations that need a fast, reliable and cost-effective way of assessing the language skills of employees. BULATS was developed and run by a consortium of examination providers working together as the Association of Language Testers in Europe (ALTE).

The Business Language Testing Service (BULATS) is designed to test the language of people who need to use a foreign language in their work. As language acquisition takes time, we recommend taking this assessment after taking additional courses, eg ALTITUDE or Social English.
