ICAO Level 5 English for Cadets is focused on cadets who need to improve their English in order to proceed with an airline's cadet scheme.  As such this course doesn't cover very technical vocabulary, although it is aviation related enough so that you can talk about work related topics, eg consistent with the ICAO descriptors.

In contrast a course like ICAO Aviation English LIVE is focused on pilots who are already actively working and need to reach ICAO Level 4 to fly across international boundaries. The aviation themed content is much higher in ICAO Aviation English Level 4 LIVE.
